What’s In My Gym Bag?

I’m willing to bet every runner or fitness enthusiast has at least one favorite workout item that’s always in their gym bag! I’m sharing five of my “must haves” for a successful and healthy workout routine.

1. bkr BPA-free Silicone Sleeve Glass Water Bottle

This is my all-time favorite water bottle! The first one I got came inside my FabFitFun box a few seasons ago, and that thing was attached to my hand basically. I used it all the time and took it with me everywhere! SAD STORY: I left it in my car with water in it in December and it froze and busted the glass. I was so bummed. I didn’t realize that I could have kept the silicone sleeve and lid and order a new glass bottle for it until after I had already thrown it away! But, I ordered a new one in my favorite color and I’m reunited with my water bottle love again. (TIP: Glass water bottles are amazing for your health and the environment!)

2. RUN GUM: Variety Pack Energy Gum

This energy gum is amazing for athletes of any level who have trouble with gels and chews while running. I don’t do well with any gels I’ve tried such as GU, they upset my stomach and the amount of sugar is insane. RUN GUM is a burst of performance energy without the upset tummy issues and sugar spikes! 3. Resistance Bands

Resistance bands are perfect for your gym bag because they are so light weight, portable, and affordable! You can take them anywhere and use them anywhere. There are different levels of tension to simulate various weight levels. 4. RXBAR

Whole30 Approved and very filling! My favorite flavor is Chocolate Sea Salt. SO GOOD. I have these for breakfast several days a week and keep them in my bag just in case I need a healthy snack any time of the day. 5. Nuun Hydration Tablets

If you’ve started any kind of workout routine or run on a regular basis, adding some kind of electrolyte drink is essential to staying healthy. Nuun has so many flavor options and every kind that I’ve tried has been delicious. Carry around a tube in your gym bag or purse and drop it into your bkr glass water bottle when you need to hydrate!
